Once an order is placed for a made-to-measure garment, payment is due in full up front. We accept only credit or debit cards; in some cases, we can send a payment link. Alternatively, Mobilepay is an option. All made-to-measure garments are commissioned for the individual customer and, in accordance with EU law, there is no return option.
